Tickets for the St. Lucie County Marching Band Showcase are now on sale. Presell tickets are $5.00 and are available until October 6. You can get the order form by clicking here. Students will be given the order form after marching practice on Tuesday.
Students may order dinner for the showcase by clicking here or they may bring their own food with them. Dinner orders must by in by the start of the school day on October 6.

6:15 PM - Transition to full band for warm-up
6:35 PM – Transition to stadium
6:55 PM - National Anthem
7:00 PM – Kick-off
8:00 PM – (approx.) Halftime (Military Appreciation)
9:15 PM – (approx.) Game Ends/The band marches its halftime show
9:45 PM – (approx.) Depart Stadium for TCHS
10:15 PM – (approx.) Return to TCHS unload equipment/offload
11:45 PM – (approx.) Dismissal

The new pass-off schedule will be published on Tuesday, 9/19. Students have until Friday, 9/22 to complete any missing pass-offs for full credit.

Rehearsal schedule this week: Please note that a decision regarding Thursday’s rehearsal will be posted tomorrow. Uniform fittings have been pushed back to next week to allow students to help families prepare for the storm. Friday’s rehearsal has been cancelled so students can assist their families with preparations for the possible landfall of Irma. All-State Auditions have been moved to Saturday, September 16.

Tickets for the UM Concert are now sold out. Tickets are available for The King and I, and both of the New World Symphony Concerts. Students interested in attending the USF and FSU Honor bands need to have their information to Mr. Hall by the posted dates.
Please check Skyward to see if your child is current on their pass-offs for the marching band. Students who need assistance may work with Mr. Hall or their section leaders after practice on Tuesdays and Thursday.
Please check with your child to make sure their cookie dough money has been turned in and their band fee has been paid.
Honor Band Opportunity for Junior and Senior Band Members:
Florida State University hosts a four day honor band each year called Tri-State. This Honor Band is held from November 30-December 3. Students have the opportunity to work with internationally respected conductors and perform in bands with students from Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. Any junior or senior in the TCHS Band in good standing is welcome to submit their name to be nominated for this event. Seniors ONLY may submit their names until September 5. Junior may submit their names beginning September 6. The deadline to submit your name is September 8.
Students would be responsible for their own transportation to and from this event and expenses while at the Festival would be paid.
