All fundraiser money was due Friday, August 28. If you have not yet turned in your fundraiser money, please do so by the end of marching practice Tuesday, September 1.
Band Fee payment #2 was due Friday, August 28. If you have not yet submitted payments one or two please do so as soon as possible. Should there be a problem with this, please contact Mr. Hall via e-mail at Luke.Hall@stlucieschools.org.
Many students have sectionals scheduled this week, please check with your child and see if they have a sectional scheduled. Music Passoff #1 was due on Friday. Music Passoff #2 is due this Friday.
Due to the number of rained out rehearsals we will be scheduling a make-up rehearsal on Saturday, September 26 from 9:00 AM-3:00 PM. Students will be provided with lunch at that rehearsal. Forms must be submitted by the end of marching practice on Thursday, September 3 in order for students to attend the Jupiter game. Any students that do not have their forms turned in by then (handbook forms and syllabi) will not be able to attend the performance on September 4. These forms were due on Friday, August 28. Marching shoes, gloves, and polos will be arriving next week.
If your child has not yet been fitted for a marching uniform, this must be done by this Thursday, September 3 as uniforms must be altered in time for the homecoming game.
