Please remember to check Charms to see the current balance of your band fee. Click on the link on our site or go to https://www.charmsoffice.com/charms/login.asp. If you haven’t yet paid your band fee, please do so as soon as possible. Please make sure you have put in your contact information so you get all the reminders and updates.
If you still have outstanding money from the discount card fundraiser, please get that turned in as soon as possible.
We are currently selling program ads for the concert programs. Program ad forms are available in Charms and in the band room. Money raised can be applied to band fees and the Washington, DC trip. Our next fundraiser will be the poinsettia fundraiser.
Please review the itinerary for the game on Friday. Students will wear their show shirts, dark shorts, white and white tennis shoes.
There is a home game on September 23 and a marching rehearsal from 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Students need to bring a lunch. The band will provide food prior to departing TCHS for South County Stadium.
Beethoven and Company will be at TCHS on Tuesday, September 20 from 5:30 – 8:30 PM with a solo and ensemble display for students who are interested in purchasing solos and ensembles.
Please make sure you are keeping up with your passoffs!
The first payment for the trip to Washington, DC is due October 15.
