Marching Practice is Tuesday and Thursday 2:30-5:00. Please check with your child to see if their section has a sectional scheduled on either day. Please remember that students need to bring their water cooler to school filled each day. Students should make sure to eat breakfast and lunch in addition to drinking water the night before and throughout the day. Students need to have their flip folders and chips for marching practice. Students are to wear dark shorts/light athletic pants and a white shirt. Students are encouraged to wear a hat, sunscreen, and sunglasses to marching practice.
Passoff #3 is due by next Friday and is the Production. Students should have already completed Passoffs #1 and #2. Please ask your student and/or check Skyward to see if passoffs have been completed. If you have not yet done so, please get this taken care of. Please avoid waiting until the last minute.
Please remember that band fee payment #2 of $60.00 was due on August 28. If you have not yet made band fee payments 1 or 2 please do so as soon as possible. Please remember that our rainout marching rehearsal is on Saturday, September 26 from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Lunch will be provided.
Please Note that next week we have an additional rehearsal for an hour on Wednesday in preparation for the homecoming court next Friday night. This rehearsal will end at 3:00.
This year's spring trip is on Friday, May 6. Information about the trip will be going out next week and will be posted to the trip section of the website. Students are currently able to sell program ads to raise money for this trip or for their band fees.
Friday night’s game is a home game and is at South County Stadium in St. Lucie West. Kickoff is at 7:00 PM. The TCHS Athletic Program charges a $6.00 admission to the game. There is no charge for parking. Students will wear their band polos, dark jeans, a black belt, their dinkles, and long black socks. The JROTC program is recognizing military veterans at halftime this Friday night and the band will be marching their halftime show after the game.
